AFFIDAVIT

1. That I am General Secretary of Lord Shiva Education Society village and P.O Lahli Disstt . Rohtak (Haryana  State)
   

2. That the total area of the land of Lord Shiva Education society is 24 kanal 5 marlas . It is located in village Lahli Distt . Rohtak (Haryana State) on Rohtak Bhiwani  road  10 KMs away form Rohtak city towards Bhiwani .
   

3. That the society is owner in possession of the land measuring 24 kanal 5 marlas .
   

4. That as  the land is located in a rural area so the permission of any authority to use the land  foe education purpose is not required . The Society has taken the permission of Gram Pardhan (Sarpanch of Gram Panchyat)  as required for rural area and Distt . Town Planner has also issued a letter in this regard .Both the documents have been submitted.
   

5.   That the Society is owner of the land and land is in possession of the society.
